EL-EXIS Takes performance to a new level ...
An ET 150 on show at the Demag Hamilton Packaging Forum 2007 on the 18th & 19th April, at our Aylesbury HQ will be running at 1.8 second cycle. The machine will be running a 4 cavity cap mould, with a Waldorf Technik take out system.
Details:-
EL-EXIS S 150/500-610 with 4 cavity cup mould.
Shot weight: approx. 18.6 g, cycle time: 1.8 s, machine time: approx. 1.0 s
Key Advantages:-
Extremely short cycle due to optimally optimised components
4-unit destacking system with integrated buffer
Optional connection to automatic prepacking stations for efficient work processes
Energy consumption up to 40 % lower than comparable high-speed machines due to a patented drive concept
Maximum precision due to decoupled drive components for all main movements
Minimised wear and tear on the moulds due to robust and stable mechanical fit with linear guidance of the movable plate
ActiveQ: reliable mould protection through active intervention in the movement of the mould in the case of collision
