Energy Saving - IntElect

Driving down costs.

Intelligent energy consumption.

The IntElect can deliver up to 40 % less energy consumption, and in individual cases even up to 70 % less compared to machines with conventional hydraulic pumps.

Why ? Because its motors are operated only when they are really needed. The independent electrical drives on all drive axes provide parallel movements – without energy losses, but with gains in cycle time.

As the worldwide first all-electric injection moulding machine with watercooled, high-torque direct drives for all main movements, the IntElect combines short cycle times with a high degree of precision in metering and injection. The beltless direct drives technology, together with water cooled motors and converters eliminates the need for fans. This means that the IntElect is cleanroom compliant with no problem at all.
